The other three officers have not been charged. No, this is not enough “justice” to stop the “rioting”. The “rioting” isn’t even about George Floyd anyway…

And therein lies part of the problem.

You see, the MSM (screenshot above from the Fox News homepage) may be quick to spin it as the “officer seen kneeling on Floyd’s neck”, but even more people see it as the “the murderer who choked a handcuffed, subdued man to death”.

Regardless, what’s the charge?

3rd Degree murder is the charge, as well as a charge of manslaughter.

The former Minneapolis police officer seen in a video with his knee on George Floyd’s neck has been arrested and faces charges of third-degree murder and manslaughter, according to Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman.

For those who may be wondering, 3rd degree murder charges carry a maximum 25 year prison sentence.

The other three officers have not been charged.
