In a quirky promotion to ring in 2020, hotel reservation site Booking.com has transformed 20 units at 25 Broad Street into 20 New Year’s resolution-themed “experiences.”
Each so-called “Resolution Suite” at the Broad Exchange Building is themed around popular resolutions. The Be More Active suite, for example, is focused on fitness, while the Read More suite is designed to be the ultimate library.
Starting today at 12 p.m. Eastern, the one-bedroom to two-bedroom apartments, with full modern kitchens and bathrooms with luxury amenities, are available to book for a January 17-19 stay for $20.20 per night.
Booking.com is also promoting custom programming to “help guests kick-start their resolution in style.”
Anthony Tortora, senior vice president of LCOR, developer of The Broad Exchange Building, where prices range from $795,000 for a one-bedroom to $5.31 million for a three-bedroom, said the company was approached by Booking.com about the promotion and they thought it could put a nice spotlight on the rental-to-condo conversion, which has been on the market for eight months and is 30 percent sold.
“We’re always looking for new ways to get people interested in the building,” Tortora said. “We thought it was a very clever.”
