J.P. Morgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is set to speak at the Council on Foreign Relations Thursday. The conversation will be moderated by David Rubenstein, co-founder and co-executive chairman of the Carlyle Group.

Dimon published his annual letter to shareholders earlier Thursday. The 63-year-old CEO took on a range of topics including inequality, stagnant wages and lack of opportunity for most Americans. Dimon also talked about socialism, which he said “inevitably produces stagnation, corruption and often worse,” and defended share buybacks.

The billionaire J.P. Morgan Chase CEO spent much of last year weighing whether he should run for president, according to people with knowledge of the situation, but decided not to run.
