The ‘Build Back Better’ agenda was invented by the United Nations in the early 2000s. As far as I know, the phrase was first used in 2004 by UNICEF and the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (which was founded by the UN’s World Bank).
“Build Back Better” basically means “never let a good crisis go to waste.” It is a strategy, designed by the United Nations, for Globalists to use disasters (natural or otherwise) as justification for expanding their domination over societies by building new or replacement infrastructure.
Naturally, they pass it off as harmless, no-strings-attached philanthropy but it is nothing of the sort. BBB agendas focus on meeting “Sustainable Development Goals” (implementing Agenda 21) and always include stereotypical Globalist nonsense about promoting “fairness” and “equality,” which means teaching prepubescent children about sodomy and destroying the family by turning women into wageslaves.
